Interviews are a marketing exercise - you must deeply understand the audience you’re targeting (the hiring manager) and the product you’re promoting (you). I use self-reflection and targeted exercises to help clients identify and focus on the right career paths. We also build a foundational understanding of your personal brand, including your core brand tenets, elevator pitch and differentiators. This enables us to strategically match your materials to the needs of your audience.
